management positions in Sales & Merchandising, Graphic Design and am
currently the Principal at Oasis Search Group Inc. I have successfully grown
Oasis Search Group over the past 17 years, creating one of Toronto’s premier
executive recruitment firms. My current areas of specialization include:

Research and HR.

creative, and personable touch to recruitment. I don’t talk to a lot of
different people. I talk to everyone, leaving no stone unturned.. It’s a
massive amount of work that requires constant rejection, failure, and
stress, and is compounded by the uncertainty of human emotion. That’s why
very few succeed at recruiting, but the background required for long-term
recruiting success is much different. It involves the deep study of
companies, products, markets, assessment, and professions, coupled with a
