We have a fairly rigorous screening process that includes:
- A personal interview
- With your permission, we will present your details to the client
- We will provide you with all relevant information for the interview and offer insight into the company culture, your manager and the team
- We will arrange and coordinate the interview process and keep you in the loop as to where you are in the process
- We will offer feedback after every stage of interview
- We will negotiate the offer on your behalf
- Possible pre-employment testing (as appropriate to the function and level of the position).
- Employment reference checks
- If necessary, a criminal background check, credit check and/or drug screen.
